FINANCING PROGRAM
The Financing program connects students with financing for the acquisition and renovation of residential properties in Harrisburg and its adjacent neighborhoods. The Loan Program is available to both experienced and novice developers but first-time developers are encouraged to participate in the Training Program
I. Lender Referral Program:
YNH Accelerator partners with lenders to offer/create funding options for students that completed the Accelerator training.
Participants receive direct access to:
Private/Hard money lenders
Traditional lending institutions
Community-based lending program
II. YNH ACCELERATOR LOAN FUND: (Coming Soon...)
In-house funding that offers high LTC (Loan to Cost) loans and quick approvals
Acquisition and Construction Lending
Reasonable, fixed interest rate and fees
Loan process that resembles a bank loan
